VMV, Inc. – a locally trusted name in premium flooring and remodeling services – is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Tilesetter to join our growing team. 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time
💵 Compensation: Competitive Pay (based on experience) + Bonuses
📅 Start Date: ASAP
What You’ll Do:
Lead residential and commercial tile installation projects from prep to finish
Measure and cut tile precisely using power tools and hand tools
Set tiles in patterns and layouts with precision and care
Oversee grout, waterproofing, and finishing work
Train and mentor apprentices or junior installers
Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of professional tile installation experience (lead experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Experience with various tile types (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, etc.)
Ability to read blueprints and layout plans
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented
